Northern Virginia Chapter 200 is an all-volunteer organization. Its members are people who have had heart surgery, their family and relatives, medical professionals, and all those interested in the fight against heart disease.

If you are interested in joining the Chapter, print the application form, and complete the requested information, being sure to select the desired Membership Type. Make your check payable to Mended Hearts Chapter 200 and mail to:

Upon receipt of your application and dues, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Your subscription to the The Mended Hearts, Inc. quarterly journal, Heartbeat, and the Chapter's bi-monthly newsletter, NOVA-FAX, will begin and insignia pins and membership card will be mailed to you.
